Frequently Asked Questions & Troubleshooting

Plugin is asking for the license key again, even after registration. How can I fix this behavior? (only Mac OSX)

Please open a Mac OSX terminal window and copy & paste this in to the window
ls -l ~/Music | grep "Audio Music Apps"
-> press "enter"

The result should look like this:
drwxr-xr-x  11 yourusername  staff       374  2 Nov  2014 Audio Music Apps
But if it looks like (with root as owner)
drwxr-xr-x  11 root  staff       374  2 Nov  2014 Audio Music Apps
it is wrong.

It seems another plugin-installer, created this "Audio Music Apps"-folder with root-permissions only, during installation. If that is the case then no other user-process can save its settings into this folder too.

To fix this copy & paste this text into the terminal and press enter (You might have to enter you admin password). The owner of the folder will changed to its normal value.
sudo chown `whoami` ~/Music/Audio\ Music\ Apps/
After you have done this, open the plugin again, and enter the license key.

Do you offer Windows XP support for your plugins?

No. To maintain XP compatibility will potentially break forward compatibility, and its also a security risk. Read more at Microsoft
